If you caught Monday's post you know that I recently took a trip to the Dollar Store and scored some pretty awesome faux succulents. I only picked up a few on my first trip and when I went back to get more they only had the larger ones available. Surprisingly, they also had some great Spring picks that I couldn't help but snatch up as well.
I couldn't be happier with the way this Dollar Store wreath turned out, especially since faux flowers can add up quick.
Is it just me or do those fuzzy balls (Dianthus flowers?) remind anyone else of Horton Hear's a Who?
Before I started putting my Dollar Store wreath together I decided to try one other Dollar Store in search of more succulents. Luckily, they had plenty of the small ones available and I was able to use both in the wreath.
(For those of you wondering, I purchased my supplies at the Dollar Tree.)
I hot glued the succulents on first, then cut apart the other picks and added them one at a time.
I also added some moss to fill in a few of the gaps.
SO pretty Katie!!! Dreaming of Spring!
ReplyDeleteMe too! Thanks Kristi!

DeleteI love wreaths and succulents! This is so beautiful, thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteLooks great! I love your addition of moss and fuzzy balls. I bought a bunch of succulents at Michael's on clearance after season last year to make a succulent wreath. This so gives me the itch to get mine made for spring/summer...despite the snow outside. ;)
