How to Easily Organize Holiday Gift Wrap Supplies

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!  Ours started off bright and early (doesn't it always with young kids?) and was filled with lots of excitement and family time.  There really is nothing better than seeing pure joy on your kids faces as they wake up Christmas morning.  As always, the day went by way too fast and all that's left is a sea of toys.

Now that the holiday's are over, it's time to clean up the mess and get organized.  Even though I'm still on a little blogging break for the holidays I wanted to share a quick and easy idea for organizing holiday wrapping supplies.  My trick to keeping everything neat is storing gift wrap supplies in a small Snapware organizer.

I have been using this little storage box to organize my holiday gift wrap supplies for a few year's now.  It's been a total life saver during late night wrapping sessions.   No matter where I plop down to wrap gifts it's easy to grab this little box and I have everything I need.

The majority of my items (with the exception of bows) fell into four categories.

I previously didn't have labels on each tray, but since I love labels (find my top sources for metal label holders and pulls here) I decided to add a few before putting away my wrapping supplies for the season.

Usually I like to make custom labels in PicMonkey, but in an effort to save time I simply printed a few using my label maker.

My house may be a complete disaster, but at least my holiday wrapping supplies are neat and organized.  Priorities, right?   The rest of my wrapping supplies (boxes, bags and tissue paper) are stored neatly in a larger Rubbermaid tote and there's just enough room for this little box to sit inside.

I'm not sure if I'll be posting before New Years, so I also want to wish you all a Happy and safe New Years!

    1. I forget where I purchased mine, but I linked to one on under supplies. I'm sure you can also find one at Walmart or Target as well :)

  2. Hi! Love this! What did you glue the balsam wood to? The plastic sides?
