{Craft Fair} Wood and Metal Tags and Scrapbook Coasters

With house projects on hold and craft projects in full swing I thought I would share what I've been working on over the past few weeks.  On Saturday, my business cards and labels arrived and I was finally able to package some of the items that I'll be selling.   I strongly believe that presentation is everything and taking the time to package and display your inventory nicely will be worth the extra effort.   Plus, people will realize that you care about what your selling and your product is worth buying.

These cute little tags were inspired by my favorite metal pulls (you may remember them from the Dollar Store containers that I updated.)
I started by cutting down poplar boards into smaller sections.
Then drilled a hole for the jute and attached the metal pull.

I made a few variations of the tags, but love the weathered wood ones the best.
I also made about 20 sets of coasters using fun scrapbook paper.  (you can see how I make mine here.)   It's important to note that each tile needs to be covered in poly to prevent them from getting damaged.
