Is it feeling like spring where you are? It's been a bit chilly and rainy here, but we did get a taste of spring last week with 75 degree temps. It was sunny and gorgeous and I can't wait for more perfect days. The official start of spring is still a few days away, but that hasn't stopped me from sprucing up our entryway for the upcoming season.
I didn't change much, but it was just enough to give this space a new and updated look.
Back in December (yes, December!) I ordered this beautiful large clock from Painted Fox Home. It ended up being on backorder and just arrived about a week ago. Let me just say, it was totally worth the wait! I was able to order it during a 20% off sale with free shipping, but even so, it was a total splurge. A splurge that was worth every penny!
My plan is to use the clock in our basement makeover, but until then, it will live in our entryway for a bit.
Along with the clock, I also wanted to add a bit of pink to this space. I stopped in our local Goodwill (my favorite place to look for old books) and picked up yet another vintage Reader's Digest book. It's hard to believe out of my 30+ books I didn't have any with pink spines!

Most of the items in my entryway are from HomeGoods, purchased on clearance or found at Goodwill. I highly suggest shopping for sales and checking out your local goodwill and thrift stores for inexpensive decor items, especially vintage books. With that being said, I tried to find the exact items (or something similar) if you were interested in this look. Just click on the picture to take you to the source.
I love everything about this, but that clock is perfect! I just love big clocks! Happy Spring (almost)!
