Projects in Paige's room...

Yesterday I shared the frame that I did for my daughter's room, which gave you a little peak into the rest of her room.  Since I shared the frame I figured I mine as well share the rest of the projects I did for her room.  It's still in the "progress" stage since we haven't repainted her walls from when it was her nursery.  I'm not exactly sure what color I want to paint, but I know that I want navy, pink and white with a little gold thrown in.

The last picture is the true color of her walls.  It's Sherwin Williams Great Green if anyone is interested.
The letter's have seen a few transformations in the past 5 years.  They were bought at Micheal's and I originally painted them purple, green and white to match the crib bedding.   I then painted them all pink and left them alone for about a year.  That is until I came across the flowered wrapping paper in the $1 section at Target and knew it was perfect for her room.  I traced each letter onto the wrapping paper, cut them out then used mod podge to glue them to the wood letters.

For the silhouette picture I covered an old canvas with wrapping paper that I picked up at HomeGoods.  I copied the original silhouette picture that's in the living room onto navy scrapbook paper and mod podged it to the covered canvas.

I also made the navy and white chevron pillows for her bed.  I ordered the fabric from, which is my favorite site for ordering fabric.  They have the best prices and usually offer free shipping on orders over $35.00.  The white bedding is from Marshall's and the owl pillow from Target.

My very talented mother made the curtain out of a shower curtain that I picked up from HomeGoods.  Thanks mom!

There is also a long dresser in her room and book shelf that desperately needs organizing!  I'll have to save that project for another day....

Happy Friday!!!
