DO YOU NEED HELP SPRUCING YOUR HOME FOR SPRING? TRY THESE EASY IDEAS!
- Swap out throw pillows. Look for pillow covers or fabric instead of buying new pillows. This can easily cut your cost in half!
- Add bright flowers. Either faux or fake, flowers can not only freshen and brighten your space, but your mood as well.
-Add some Color. Inexpensive decor objects and books are a great way to update your space for spring. I love using books in my decor and usually head to Goodwill in search of books with colorful bindings (keep an eye out for vintage Reader's Digest Books).
- Rearrange your furniture. When is the last time you rearranged your living room or bedroom? Our house is pretty small making furniture rearranging nearly impossible, but that doesn't mean you can't move furniture from one room to another. Shopping my house is my favorite and most cost effective way to change up my decor without spending a penny.
-Declutter. Spring is a great time to declutter and clear out your closets and drawers. Getting rid of clutter and donating unused items can instantly make your home feel fresher and more organized.
-Lighten it up! Just like you do with your wardrobe, swap out heavy fabrics and materials for lighter, breezier fabrics. Open your windows and doors and let the bright, natural light shine in!
